Your Future Role Will Include:

Preparation of accounts according to the international accounting requirements (including consolidation);

Assistance to direct manager in organizing the team work to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, reporting packages in accordance to the agreed/law required deadlines;

Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors;
-
Ownership of new client’s onboarding from the accounting process take-over handling till smooth accounting process organization and going-forward quality accounting service delivery;

Coaching and managing junior team members;
-
Assisting on other tasks delegated by the manager.
Qualifications We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

At least 2 – 3 years of strong experience in general accounting field;

High self - motivation, willingness to learn and grow, proactiveness in day-to-day tasks;

Analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills;
-
Good written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian & English languages;

Experience with BSS is an advantage.

Gross salary range: 2800-3650 eur./month, depending on skills and experience.
